ALL YOU NEED TO KNOW WHEN TRAVELLING TO SINGAPORE
Aussies, get ready to pack your bags! In case you missed the major announcement on Sunday, Singapore has announced their travel bubble with Australia 🤩 ! One of Australia’s favourite travel destinations and the 6th largest source of international arrivals for Australia is back on the list 🗺️. Here’s what you need to know if you’re planning a vacation! Singapore’s first flights to Australia touched down on Sunday the 21st, and welcomed students and families home after two-three years.
Singapore and Australia Travel Bubble
Singapore and Australia’s travel bubble introduces Singapore’s Vaccinated Travel Lane which allows fully-vaccinated travellers access to quarantine-free travel. However, there are some regulations for travellers to consider before they decide to visit this beautiful destination!
Upon entering Singapore, travellers must ensure they have met the eligible requirements and show their proof of vaccination.
Additionally, travellers must take out travel insurance 💳 of at least SGD$30,000 for COVID-19.
International travellers should expect at least three COVID tests, before departure from Australia 🇦🇺, on arrival in Singapore 🇸🇬, and before departure from Singapore.
PCR tests range from around $150 each.
Travellers who have not been vaccinated will have to undertake a period of quarantine and meet all necessary requirements.
Our Favourite Singapore Locations
Now that we can start planning our Singapore holiday, here are some of our top locations you must-see!

This resort complex features one of the most luxurious hotels in Singapore, an observation deck that has a mind-blowing view and the ArtScience Museum. This is a must-see for taking in the full view of the amazing sights that Singapore has to offer.
Gardens By The Bay
If you’re wondering where that stunning, green space that you’ve seen all of your Instagram feed is located, this is where. Escape the sounds of the busy city and enjoy the quiet, vibrant and green surrounds of nature in this garden.
Listed as the World’s Best Rainforest Zoo, this is a must-see for travellers of all ages. See monkeys, kangaroos, tigers and more amazing animals living in a beautiful, lush area. Visit the Night Safari and River Safari, and get up close and personal to the animals.
This ferris wheel allows for a jaw dropping view of Singapore, and is the world’s largest observation wheel. Visit during the day or watch the city-lights at night. If you’re afraid of heights, maybe skip this one!
The Merlion is located on Sentosa Island- which is another must-see location if you fancy a dip in the ocean and some time to tan, so while you’re there, don’t forget to see this amazing sculpture of the mascot of Singapore.
